Buttercup Run

What is the Buttercup Run

The Buttercup run is an annual spring event in the Jocko Valley to raise funds for mini-grants for teachers in the Arlee Schools.  In 2024 the CSKT Tribal Health took over organizing the run to help the Friends of Arlee School continue it’s fundraising for the schools and keep this great event going.  The run has an event for everyone, a 1 mile fun run – a short jaunt for all ages and capabilities; 5K run for those that want a quick workout in conjunction with a 5k walk for those that would like a bit longer stroll with their friends and neighbors; and a 10k run/walk for the more serious distance runner.

All funds raised go towards mini-grants to teachers.  Donations are always welcome.  The Friends of Arlee School wouldn’t be able to fund these great projects without your participation.
